Delete your BikeHire account

To request deletion of your BikeHire account, email business@jlogic.co.uk from the email address on your account and use the subject “Account deletion”.

We may ask you to verify your identity. We will close your account and delete or anonymise personal information that we no longer need. We may retain limited financial, hire or dispute records where required by law or reasonably necessary for a legal claim; those records will be restricted to that purpose and deleted or anonymised when it no longer applies.

Account deletion by JLogic does not automatically delete information an independent rental operator must retain for its own purposes. You may also need to contact the operator from whom you hired.
